Hearth Fire call with Hanna Frydenberg

Around  the hearth fire, we gather in circle. We participate in the ancient  rite of gathering together as women and menstruators to share stillness  and contemplative conversations - we open a space where wisdom can flow  through and be shared, to nourish us on our journey towards deep  self-love and deep health.

It  is a pleasure and honour to present this month's guest for our  live-streamed Hearth Fire circle: my dear colleague Hanna Frydenberg. Hanna  is a dietitian, functional nutritionist and yoga teacher, specialising  in women's health and hormonal balance. She has gained her experience  both from her Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition, continuing studies  in functional nutrition, and a deep health journey that she herself has  done - where she has healed many difficult issues in her menstrual cycle  and whole-body health. Hanna is also a former client of Siri and a  passionate ambassador for Fertility Awareness.

Around  the hearth fire this evening Hanna will be sharing about her own health  journey, and how Fertility Awareness has played a role in deepening her  relationship with her body and menstrual cycle. We will also speak  about how she realized that plant-based nutrition was not working out  for her, and why this appears to be true for many menstruating people.  This, and much much more.
