Finding Empowerment in Pregnancy Loss
Join us for an afternoon conversation around how can find the strength and support we need in loss and heart-break.
Time & Place
01 nov. 2020 12:00 – 16:00
About the event
Are you currently pregnant or trying to conceive? Have you, or someone close to you, experienced pregnancy loss, whether miscarriage, still birth, neonatal death, abortion or termination for medical reasons? Do you want to understand pregnancy loss better in order to support a loved one? If you answered yes to any of these questions, join us for an afternoon conversation around the multiple ways in which we (mothers, mothers-to-be, fathers, partners, parents, friends) can find the strength and support we need in loss and heart-break.
𝐈𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐰𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥:
• Share stories of loss from an empowerment perspective
• Learn to read our own bodies better, and to identify signs that something isn’t optimal
• Get to know a few herbs that can provide nourishment and support on our journey
• Participate in a ritual to help us connect with our bodies, ourselves, and our true nature
• Lay the foundation for a strong support system so that no one has to experience pregnancy loss alone
This event will be the first in a series.
